Deb did an outstanding job listing, showing, and advertising
our property.
She also kept us thoroughly informed on every
step of the process including the closing. She was gracious
enough to come to our closing as we had never sold
anything before. She even had several open houses which
is very difficult for this condo. I would highly recommend you
to choose her as your agent. If we have a need she will be
the first agent we call.

Debra recently helped us with our purchase of a studio condo. We live out of state and the entire process was handled online. Debra was our eyes and ears, and the transaction was quick and easy. She was so knowledgeable about real estate, the building complex and the city of Daytona. We could have not asked for a better experience!

Debra was very instrumental in helping us in our search for a condo in the Daytona Beach area. We've traveled from Georgia on several different occasions in the last two years, and she has showed us over 20 properties. She continually made us aware via emails and personal phone calls of any units for sale that met our criteria. We wanted to re-invest money from rental property we were selling in Georgia. After two years, the Georgia property finally sold. Debra was very helpful and patience during this drawn-out process. After researching, viewing, making offers and a remote closing on an out-of-state purchase, she finally found the perfect condo for us! In fact, because we were out of town, Debra viewed the condo for us. She met with the parties involved , gathered loads of information, sent us pictures and videos of the unit and were our 'eyes and ears' for the property we ended up purchasing. She has gone beyond the call of duty as our agent, and we are so happy to finally own beach property in the beautiful state of Florida!

Debra Smith did an amazing job for us when we bought a condo in Daytona Beach, FL a few years ago. When we decided to sell that same condo, she listed it and then sold it on the very first day. She has always gone above and beyond. You can't ask for more. She will always have my business. Thank you Deb!

Debra Smith did a wonderful job helping us purchase our first Daytona Beach condo. She made herself available on short notice and worked hard to get us into multiple locations. When we chose the condo that best suited our needs she kept us well informed on the process and paperwork to complete a smooth closing. Debra went above her job description in her efforts to assist us and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell real estate.

If you need a truly dedicated realtor Debra Smith is the best I have ever had the pleasure working with. she refuses to give up when there is a problem. she takes so much pride in her job and in your sale. She went far and beyond her professional job. she makes you feel like you are a friend instead of a person selling a piece of property. so if you want your property sold Debra Smith is the person you need absolutely 100%

Deb was amazing to work with. Deb helped us find our dream home and we love it here! There are so many qualities I could list, but my takeaway is Deb is a dedicated professional. She was instrumental in helping us figure out what we actually wanted to purchase (house or condo, etc), getting us in to our dream home and we thoroughly enjoyed her enthusiasm for the area. My husband and I are searching for our "Retirement Home" from lifelong residency in the Northeast. Friends suggested we look in the Ormond Beach, FL area. And Deb was referred to us through a local broker friend. ... and WOW were we grateful!!! Both my husband and I have bought and sold multiple high end properties over the course of our lives. And I can honestly say that we have NEVER seen such a professional, prepared, and proactive agent as we have seen in Deb Smith!! (Plus a positive joy to spend time with!) Amazingly, Deb was introduced to us and our interests with only 2 days notice of our arrival (due to a shift in our travel plans.) She was not only Johnny-on-the -spot communicating with me (a REAL necessity for me), lined up everything we had pre-researched and asked to see, but repeatedly over our short time together, researched and proposed additional properties to see. The over-the-top service was her suggestion of more than 25 additional properties for a possible Day 2 of viewings after she had a chance to meet us and get to know what we were like/looking for a bit more. Have to say, both my husband and I have been astounded!! She is AN ACE!!!

I've been looking at a few listings with my daughter for a property we will own jointly. Debra's enthusiastic, yet also realistic personality has helped us, especially since I live primarily out of state and now have returned to my home in Virginia. We are in the process of negotiating an offer, and her communication with me has been great!
